The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences siap menggelar ajang tahunan DICE Awards pada 6 Februari 2014 mendatang di Las Vegas. Dalam penghargaan yang akan dibagikan tahun ini, ada 24 kategori yang tersedia.

Menurut informasi terakhir, game garapan Naughty Dog, The Last of Us, berhasil masuk menjadi nominasi dalam 13 kategori yang berbeda. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Game of the Year, Outstanding Achievement in Game Direction, Outstanding Innovation in Gaming, dan Adventure Game of the Year.

Game populer lainnya seperti Bioshock Infinite, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, dan Tearaway tercatat juga menjadi nominasi di lebih dari satu kategori.

Perlu diketahui bahwa DICE Awards 2014 kali ini merupakan gelaran yang ke-17. Event tersebut nantinya dihadiri oleh para publisher, developer, dan anggota dari Independent Game Developers Association.
