Acara penghargaan video game paling bergengsi saat ini, kalimat ini sepertinya tepat untuk menjelaskan The Game Awards yang dirintis oleh Geoff Keighley. Idenya adalah meracik sebuah acara penghargaan dengan prestige sekelas Oscar dan Grammy namun untuk industri game.
